Project MUSE offers discounts to qualified library consortia and networks for subscriptions to MUSE Journal Collections and on purchases of MUSE Book Collections. 

A consortium may include multiple library types and libraries from more than one state or country. We welcome multi-year commitments from consortia and offer larger discounts for such arrangements. Each participating member of a consortium may choose from any of the MUSE journal or book collections currently offered, and consortium members can select different collections.
